Cette initiative, men\u00e9e par FluidAI Medical et soutenue par Digital, un consortium de grandes entreprises canadiennes de technologie m\u00e9dicale, est destin\u00e9e \u00e0 transformer les soins postop\u00e9ratoires gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'intelligence artificielle (IA) avanc\u00e9e et \u00e0 l'apprentissage automatique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faire progresser les soins postop\u00e9ratoires\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet PPMP s'appuie sur le succ\u00e8s de l'initiative Continuous Connected Patient Care (CCPC) et marque une avanc\u00e9e significative dans la fa\u00e7on dont nous g\u00e9rons la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration postop\u00e9ratoire. En collaboration avec Medtronic Canada ULC, Excelar Technologies, l'Universit\u00e9 de Waterloo et PHC Ventures, FluidAI Medical exploite une technologie de pointe pour relever les d\u00e9fis persistants des complications postop\u00e9ratoires.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les complications postop\u00e9ratoires peuvent entra\u00eener des s\u00e9jours prolong\u00e9s \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital, une augmentation des co\u00fbts des soins de sant\u00e9 et des cons\u00e9quences potentiellement graves pour les patients. La recherche indique que pr\u00e8s de 15% des cas de mortalit\u00e9 chirurgicale pourraient \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une d\u00e9tection plus pr\u00e9coce, et les co\u00fbts associ\u00e9s aux complications peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9rablement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que les admissions initiales. Le PPMP vise \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes en utilisant l'IA pour analyser les donn\u00e9es hospitali\u00e8res et cr\u00e9er des mod\u00e8les pr\u00e9dictifs pour l'\u00e9valuation pr\u00e9coce des risques et l'intervention.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Am\u00e9liorer les soins aux patients gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'IA\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La plateforme se concentrera sur la pr\u00e9vision et l'att\u00e9nuation des complications telles que les fuites anastomotiques et la d\u00e9pression respiratoire. En int\u00e9grant les donn\u00e9es des dossiers m\u00e9dicaux \u00e9lectroniques et des dispositifs de surveillance, PPMP fournira aux prestataires de soins de sant\u00e9 des informations exploitables, permettant une prise de d\u00e9cision plus rapide et plus pr\u00e9cise. Cela permettra non seulement d'am\u00e9liorer les soins aux patients, mais aussi de r\u00e9duire la charge qui p\u00e8se sur les ressources de soins de sant\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre r\u00f4le dans ce projet consiste \u00e0 faciliter les essais de faisabilit\u00e9, \u00e0 valider les solutions et \u00e0 garantir la conformit\u00e9 aux normes r\u00e9glementaires.
